I a very very happy to announce that…….

I am no longer on the Afrin!

After succumbing to the highly-addictive nasal spray for the past 2 years, I weaned myself off over the first 2 weeks of our break. I did it just like this guy. 

I know this sounds ridiculously silly, but it is a huge relief. I hated being so dependent on it……I used a bottle a week.

I learned from researching (and my dad) that this is a very common problem and a lot of people become addicted very easily. It is very important for me to tell you that there was no “high” or anything like that….i just couldn’t breathe without it. It was like someone had put concrete up both my nostrils…..terrible.

Anyway.

I can’t believe I just wrote a post about Afrin….but I did.
